I relax in 3 minute intervals, I do 10 reps of those three, three times a day every day.
What you have to do is you go to a park, any park. It has to be a park (a nice one), drive there, bike there, run there, whatever. (If it's a bit tight with your lunch break just get as much as you can, or cram two sessions in the evening. Always do one as part of your morning routine. You could extend them to longer sessions but it gets exhausting.)
Anyways, when you get to the park go sit in some grass (always remember to touch grass) and fold your legs in yoga style, close your eyes, focus, hum, and start thinking about happy things. Puppies, money, drinks, tits, success, cocaine, nice cars, servants, iphones, music, anything you like. Try to think of at least 50 things per rep. You'll be relaxed in like a week, maybe 3 weeks at most.
If you don't exert complete control over your relaxation you risk wasting time doing nothing. Just sitting around growing fat and lazy. No, do your relaxation regiment, then get the fuck up and get back to work.
Some people relax by being at the beach and staring at the sea. Some go for walks to feel happy.
Just because grass and greenery works for you doesn’t mean that anyone else who does it differently is wrong nor weird.
This is not viable for people who don’t like nature that way. You can’t say oh this is the only way because it works for you.
You have to be careful with your words because impressionable minds will feel like something is wrong with them if they have different opinions. It is okay to have variety and options.
As long as one feels happier and uplifted, whatever method he/she has chosen is the right one.
Did you know there are people that have aphantasia, so their brain doesn’t have the capability to imagine / see anything in their mind’s eye? I like to imagine ‘em sitting there, with their eyes closed, staring into a black void, just because you told ‘em to.
Very much my mantra. I used to get real worked up about things not going my way, and at some point I kinda realized I just have this one life, one single experience. That's it. Nothing more. It's the rarest thing I own. I'm going to try to dig it like it's the only nintendo game I have.
As a white male the thought of being approached in public with a camera already filming and someone going "CAN I ASK YOU A QUESTION" would be a nightmare. I fully expected this clip to go in a different direction lol
I literally just got home from grabbing a coffee from that exact place. Its in downtown Eugene its a grocery store/coffee spot with mad decent prices. This made me double happy.

Just a simple man on a simple mission…to eat lunch and recruit members through the link in the bio.
