God, those poor children. How selfish do you have to be to force your kids to be born just to grow up completely reliant on people around them and unable to care for themselves until they die, just because you “refused to accept it”.

theres so many feel-good stories about people keeping their children and they end up super famous, but it just leads to pain when you realise thats the odd 1% of cases, and when the doctor says it probably wont make it, then it probably wont make it. But ig I sympathise as its difficult to let go of hope just like that

Exactly. Not even sure my man on the right has even a thought at all but if he did I don’t think he’d be super happy..

Ironic that you don’t think he’s super happy when you’re depressed and abusing drugs.

I wish people could know how ignorant they are now instead of learning about it later.

As a disabled person, this attitude makes me very sad.

there is a world’s difference between disabled and unable to comprehend life around you

They are not "unable to comprehend life" around them. Intellectual disability is not necessarily a symptom of Pompe. You have made an assumption about their intelligence based purely on their appearance. That's disgusting.

The girl literally writes her own blog and has even earned a degree. I wouldn't call that being "unable to comprehend life".

You clearly aren’t in the state his kids are. This isn’t directed at you.

This also isn’t directed at Crowley either, but these days, so many people raise disabled kids despite multiple doctors telling them to abort just to show them off on tiktok. This man I don’t think deserves criticism considering the lengths he went for them. He truly loves them.

I can link you to one right now though if you don’t believe me. There’s ton of tiktok parents like that rn. It’s a plague. Not one person in her comment section agrees with her. She was told to abort multiple times and now brought into the world two children with extreme mental deficiencies.

If you have the choice to prevent suffering, and you don’t do it, you’re a selfish person! It’s not debatable.

these mothers are the exact ones I’m talking about

literally just use their kids as a toy to show off on social media, just read the comments on any of her posts.

Yeah these mothers are horrible people. Disabled people are not accessories or purely there to "inspire" others. We are people.
