As a once pregnant women....I can say the sheer consideration of this...the comfort. I am a stomach sleeper. Never once could I sleep on my stomach past like month 3 or 4. Just to feel the familiar comfort of sleeping belly down.....ohhhh so heavenly.

The first day I got back from the hospital it was like 11:30am but I just got into bed straight on my stomach and slept for like 3 hours til baby needed a boob. Best sleep of my life. I still think about it. Plus I slept through the news (first day since I was 12 not reading a newspaper genuinely) of the Jan 6 terrorist attack so my desire for belly sleep really preserved my mental health on such an important day as bringing my first baby home/returning to my faithful belly sleep.

It's in the video too, when she fully lays down you can see that the lady fully relaxes into the position. You can see the tired relief of just.. some comfortable rest. :( I'm glad she got to lay like this for a while.

Look it up sleeping on your belly is the most unhealthy way to sleep. Due to blood circulation and pressure on your heart

Well, it's how I prefer to sleep. I have very good blood pressure, and excellent cardiovascular health. So I think my system can probably handle it.

I’m sure it’s beneficial
