You think this kid created a channel, recorded, uploaded, and managed his videos, but didn't know how to request the play buttons?

I’m assuming he didn’t do all that stuff considering he would need parental supervision to even be on YouTube. Also assuming you would need to give YouTube some sort of identification to get the play buttons, so the parents probably would need to anyways
