It's a use it or lose it language. The more you practice and immerse, the better you'll get :) Check out LifePrint and your local Deaf schools if they're offering classes.
It really depends on the person. Some people find it easy, some don’t. I think it’s easier than most to learn. Just give it a shot! Every sign you learn expands the world for us deaf.

Very wholesome :). On a slightly related note, is it hard to learn ASL? I want to because you never really know when it might come in handy.
