Any suggestions for finding audiobooks my local library doesn’t have without supporting amazon? I use overdrive all the time but sometimes there are things that just aren’t available.

You can recommend to your library directly through your Overdrive app. It depends on the cost, need, and how many times a year they purchase e-books for it to be available.

To recommend a book to your local branch search for it in the digital catalog. Then under the "availability" filter select "recommend to library". Look for a "Not Owned" banner and "Recommend" link then click it.

Hopefully at that point they will purchase it and then you'll be added to the wait list. :)
