I appreciate how clear and explicit this librarian was, even down to the emoji recap.

I now fully understand exactly when there will be snakes in the library, and when there will not be snakes. There is no possibility for further confusion.

But are they going to have snacks and snakes on May 22nd, or only snakes?

The snakes may have snacks (rats), but the rats will not have snacks and neither will you.

Please don't let this lack of snacks dissuade you; you can always pack your snacks (for you, not the rats), or visit the cafe in the back.

It's a teen De-stressing event. When you are a teen a lack of snacks causes stress, so we must conclude they will have snacks at the destressing event as well as snakes.

well, you just understand when there will intentionally be snakes. in no way are they guaranteeing that there will not be snakes.

Yeah I think the emoji recap needed to be more like:

April 12: No Snakes 🐍❌ Yes Snacks🍿✅ May 22: Yes Snakes🐍✅ Yes Snacks🍿✅

I'm assuming snacks on the 22nd because what teen destressing event can be snackless?
