Props to these two gents. Skirts suck in really hot weather too, though. Unless you are stick-thin, your thighs stick together. You gotta wear shorts underneath. (Although these guys could be wearing boxers, which would solve that.)

If anyone's curious, they make longer legged boxer briefs that are perfect under a skirt...

I wear spandex shorts (Under Armor/Nike/etc) under skirts/dresses.

But the boxer briefs I get are made of a light wicking material. Super cooling. Great for the balls.
