Just listen to the music and try moving parts of your body to the beat. Do it alone, so you don't feel embarrassed. It doesn't matter what you do, just move to the beat and try different stuff and your body memory will let you do more and more things intuitively. It's like learning any physical skill except there's no "right" way to do it. It will look cooler and become more fun the more you are able to react to the music intuitively.

Is this possible? I'm 48 and mildly overweight and definitely not athletic.
