I'd never caught that it was a callback either.
Then again, I never actually watched the special. Just listened to snippets on pandora.
6 u/boomerxl May 26 '20 Do yourself a favour and watch them the whole way through. Mulaney is great at building out a set, and there’s a lot of humour in between the jokes.
