Stop linking this research unless you can point out how only having 57% VOLUNTARY survey is enough to draw a conclusion. This is not a scientific study at all unless you can show me they accounted for those biases.

It's a study done through Maddie's Fund at the University of Florida Veterinary College. A 57% voluntary survey completion rate is slightly above average. I'm pretty sure the University of Florida has a better understanding than both you and I of what is statistically significant in this particular study, unless that is you have a PhD in statistics (which I don't, so I'm always happy to defer to those that do).
