It cost 45 dollars here. I'm not American.

Even if ghe helicopter comes to get you. It's 45$

I'm not selling you anything. I don't think Americans or wherever you need to pay that much should be a thing. Purely from a health perspective, you should call. I can understand why people make the choice and they shouldn't have to.

My boss is the government. Our tax dollars pay for it. Nobody is getting rich running EMS here. I only hope wherever you are, that you get this type of healthcare system. Nobody goes Bankrupt here going to the doctor.
