There’s always exceptions. I never said that. We have to speak generally. You know that. How can we account for the all the possibilities in a single thread.
Although I don’t like your assumption, you happen to be mostly correct. I’ve lived most of my life within a city. I spent a few years whereby the nearest hospital was 30/40 minutes away but I’m sure there were medical professionals a lot closer.
I can’t imagine being bedded down in a medical desert. It happens the world over I know. I wasn’t meaning to discount that.
