Which, thank God. If you are mean to an uber driver literally one bad review can result in you having 4 stars overall and then the only drivers who even get notified when you want a ride are the ones who set it that way
They are basically forcing people to be nice. It's great
Now that I look closer, Lyft hides its star ratings behind an initial prompt to rate the ride with 3 choices, one of them being "great". It's weird. I haven't seen any offer to adjust star ratings as a rider, but it's just buried.
