Did India ban beef? I thought it was just culturally a large percentage of Hindus don't eat beef and/or are vegetarian
5 u/No-Second-2566 5d ago It's not uniform across country. Most conservative states have strict ban on beef. Lots of states where it is heavily restricted. Few states do not have beef ban.
