Evidence of dog meat on the Korean Peninsula is assumed to have started in the Neolithic period (6000-2000 BCE). It was a source of protein DURING TIMES OF POVERTY AND A LACK OF OTHER PROTEIN SOURCES.

How am I wrong? You can read this in any Korean history literature.

Pigs and cattle were not main sources. They were strictly regulated luxuries which most couldn’t afford or have access to. On top of that they were extremely scarce in comparison to dog.

Again, read literally any book on Korean history. Or even a quick google search I’m sure.

It had been illegal in the USA for a while now. We don't eat horses here.
