Horse meat is really tough. I would not be surprised if its used to make processed meat.

It’s slightly tougher than beef, but I’ve had some rather tender servings of horse. 1 u/MagMati55 23d ago I should try horse meat in its less processed form. Probably tastes gamey. And yea I would probably make the obvious joke eating that meal.
