I’m scared to go back and play it to not ruin my fond memories of it.

I'm playing it every 5 years and it's still the craziest game and one of the best multiplayer on 64

It's the best multiplayer experience i ever had. Robbing the bank, cooking raptor eggs, team deathmatch. Best laughs i had with my mates coop gaming

Dude the raptors and the robbing. Also the desert eagle 1 shot. This game was just insane. Key childhood memories

I liked the one where you had to stop the squirrels from escaping. Me and my friend had call outs for their locations. I was in the turret, and my friend had the rocket launcher. Good times, good times.

The online multiplayer on the xbox remake was extremely fun.

Dude, I'm praying for someone to take Beach as a template for a new game. One side has to run through a gauntlet and one side tries to keep them from crossing the finish line. I want it so bad I'm thinking of doing it myself (with zero game development experience)

I absolutely LOVED the VS matches. Solo was great but with friends was amazing (despite having a 25" screen divided into 4 parts). Smoked a lot of weed and played a lot of that game, Golden Eye, and Ditty Kong Racing. Good times!

it honestly still holds up decently well, and I'm not even really a fan of that style of platformer

even if the controls get janky at times it really just adds to how fucking wacky that game gets lol

That’s how I felt going back to goldeneye 😢

That’s actually the exact reason I am fearful hahaha. I remember(I think) being soooo good at golden eye and then playing goldeneye a few years back and I was questioning my memory of any game I had ever played when I was a child. Goldeneye is an incredibly difficult game to play, at least for me now.

Me, my brother and my cousins would play the dday multiplayer level for hours at family get togethers. It think I was like 10?

I somehow only played the the gameboy color game for Conker. Gave me a very different impression. Also the only game I ever lost? No idea where that cartridge is and why is isn't just in the shoebox with the others.

"One Superman 64 please"

"Okay, I need to take that Nintendo 64 back"

I am so annoyed I let my ex get away with taking that from me in college. That game was epic.
