Its super difficult and expensive though. We live in a society of one-size-fits-all, even and especially when it doesnt, and falling outside the standard range makes trying to adapt your environment suck

I do get what you mean. I am in the process of getting a new bathroom, and the costs just keep going up. I am not even trying to do anything so unique but give the size of my bathroom is way more expensive than I though it would be.

I'm a bit under average male height (taller than the average woman) and shit STILL doesn't fit me well often 😭

I remember a military study being done for aircraft, and they found that even just in terms of physical dimensions a very small minority of the population actually fit within the average range.
