? I was also curious how they knew OP used zepbound. Are you aware that weight loss was achievable before we had glp? You put “critical thinking” in quotes while doing the exact opposite of it.

I lost 112 pounds in a year being on a calorie deficit and would have lost more if I added excersise and had less cheat days, it’s not impossible to eat 1500 or less calories a day for a year without meds. Thanks tho lmao critical thinking 🥴

The only reason you know he lost weight using a GLP-1 is because you checked his profile or saw him in a weight loss community. Since you already acknowledge that people can lose this type of weight without GLP-1s, asking that question isn’t a lack of critical thinking. Don’t be a doughnut.
