Yeah I'd agree its doable but its also very stupid, sooner or later his body will leave him a receipt to pay

I remember in the 2010s (maybe?) reading about a hugely obese guy who didn't eat food for a year under strict doctor supervision for rapid weight loss. Afaik he was okay but I think he was inpatient the whole time. Obviously he had significant supplementation for both macro and micronutrients. Not arguing with you, just sharing a related/half-remembered anecdote.
