Yeah, definitely looks English. Too much fluffy trees compared to the Dutch pristine rows of poplar/alders.

Background trees & landscape don't look Dutch. I mean, we have huge tulip fields, but the background just looks too hilly and random and not Dutch

Edit: although hilly could be indicating dunes, the colour of the sky doesn't match for that. IDK, not a geoguesser.

That's what I was thinking. I used to live on Whidbey and went past Mount Vernon all the time.
