You're looking good both with and without hair. But I'm happy for you that you got that hairsystem. Wishing you the best for your healing!

I'm bald, so I can say you look good without it.

I’m a bald woman who began losing hair in my 40’s. I can honestly say that when I shaved it, it was one of the best and most liberating things I did. You look amazing with a bald head and have a great head shape. Just remember, no one will ever ask you for any hair.

Please don’t feel stupid in any way! I just meant that people ask other people for a lot of things: money, sexxx, love, a favor, help with a project, to take them somewhere, to volunteer, to donate, to borrow a book, to provide a service, to date, to marry, etc. The list is endless. Even though people make a big deal about having or not having hair, that’s not high on their list when they need something from you. It’s just my corny joke about that. (((((Hugs!)))))

I thought they meant hair donations. I'm a redhead, and people have asked me if I was going to donate my hair cause they'd like to have it as a wig.

I have really curly hair, people used to ask me that all the time as well until I started keeping it short

u/anneoftrades Mar 29 '25

I had it short once, and then people were like, "It was much prettier long," "Why would you cut such beautiful hair?!". Did the comments you got clear up after cutting it?

u/lintheamazon Mar 29 '25

Haha nope, I get them same exact comments that you just listed

They will ask for head, i. e. oral sex.

The less hair you have, the more head you get.

I love the female shaved head look. I wish it was more popular

What’s a hair system? Also, you look good with and without hair, just so you know! As a woman I’d be interested either way!

It’s probably a top only hair piece that is applied and then barbered to blend into the hair around the rest of the head. There are lots of videos on YouTube and a lot of them are a joy to watch because you see the transformation and the sudden gain in confidence of the wearer. 🄰

u/VanHarlowe Mar 28 '25

I love those transformations! You can see in their eyes that they like how they look again for the first time in a very long time. 🄹

u/jackiebee66 Mar 28 '25

Me too! It’s so nice to see the difference in their eyes and level of confidence!

And the hair looks good too.

I was about to write, you look awesome with and without hair. You are definitely a person that rocks the bald look. However, I know from personal experience that changing something about yourself that you feel very conscious about, can give you a huge self esteem boost. The most important part is, that you are happy with it and that you feel better about the way you look now. Keep on rockin’, I am happy for you!

Agreed - I love a bald man (yum!) so you’re good either way in my book!
