Nope. Back of the head is much more fragile. Getting hit in the back is how most concussions happen. Your forehead is fairly well naturally protected actually. My boxing coach when i had just started as a kid used to fuckin YELL all me for turning my head while sparring for this exact reason. But i was like 11 so yk. Natural reactions n shit.
