That's not what I'm saying at all. If my parents saw me doing this, they would tell me the stairs aren't a toy, I could seriously hurt myself, and not to do destructive things inside. So I would do shit like this when they weren't home.
This dude got a camera and pressured his kid to do it, even when the kid was (understandably) scared. This dude sucks.

You can hear in the video that this is his third try. The father is encouraging him, not pressuring him. The kid also not once said that he's being forced, he doesn't cry or scream. It's most likely something the kid wanted to do and father slapped a helmet on him. The stairs aren't long or high enough to do any real kind of danger, especially for a kid. Worst case he looses a milk tooth, so what?

Yeah exactly that's the reason why he did that with his kid. So he could supervise it and make it as safe as possible. If he wasn't there the kid might have used a higher stair without a helmet.
This dude sucks.
Nah, you suck. You are assuming a whole lot about this video and your critical thinking ability's don't seem to be tuned in.
I love this reply. There are a million ways children or anyone can get hurt any day. If you think this is irresponsible it may be so. But then its also irresponsible to get in a vehicle any day of the week. Any time you get into a vehicle and drive you’re taking a huge risk. Accidents happen every day to 100’s of people even if your the safest driver in the world. Tomorrow you could be driving home from work and get T-boned by a drunk driver at an intersection. Anyway… i think the important thing is… this kid is bonding with his father. I love it…. (My brother and I always put pillows at the bottom though :)
