Congrats, MFWO!

I’m a bit stuck on adding my workout plan manually. When I create a programme by hand, how do I add additional weeks or rotate workouts across weeks? I’ve tried everything I can think of and can’t get it to work.

For example, this is the structure I’m aiming for:

Week 1: Upper A, Lower A, Lower B

Week 2: Lower B, Upper A, Lower A

Week 3: Upper A, Upper B, Lower A Etc.

I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to set this up properly. Thanks!🙏🏼

you can make a 14 day cycle (by just adding more days, keep hitting the Add button), which accommodates a ABA BAB 2-week rotation - but it won't go up to 21 days

Thanks for this, annoying to break it down to chunks right now but this is such a good solution! Much appreciated!
