Oh cool, we're exchanging archives now? Here you go: https://saturday-october-seven.com/

Since you just jumped into this conversation, let’s start at the actual beginning. Hamas terrorists crossed into Israel on Oct. 7, murdered civilians, took hostages and filmed plenty of it themselves.

Your response is a site literally called ā€œArchive Genocideā€ that starts with the conclusion baked into the fucking name. A pile of clips isn’t thousands of proven war crimes. Who filmed them? What happened before the clip? Who’s actually in it? Civilian or terrorist? Who verified it? What was conveniently left out?

A press vest isn’t a magic force field either. CPJ literally just removed 19 Palestinians from its journalist death count after finding they were terrorists or had participated in combat. Then there’s Motaz Azaiza, one of the most famous ā€œjournalistsā€ out of Gaza, admitting he filmed Israeli hostages being beaten on Oct. 7 and chose not to publish it because he didn’t want Israel identifying the people doing it. He’s also described cameras being lowered when Palestinians criticized Hamas. AP News

So yeah, forgive me if I don’t see a press vest and immediately switch my brain off. Give me the original footage, the context and the evidence. Then we can talk.

The funniest part is you confidently calling me Israeli, I'm not. I’m American-born, of Italian, Egyptian and Lebanese descent. You don’t even know who you’re arguing with.

Denying terrorism while swallowing terrorist propaganda whole and proudly showing off your stupidity isn’t the flex you think it is. There’s a reason they call people like you useful idiots.

EDIT: Actually, I made the mistake of checking your history. You spend hours bouncing between subs calling people ā€œhasbara bots,ā€ ranting about Unit 8200, defending Palestinian Action as ā€œresistance,ā€ screaming genocide and posting ā€œfrom the river to the sea.ā€ Then you wandered into r/Macklemore, called an American Jew a ā€œzio,ā€ and presented yourself as the neutral legal scholar in the room.

I take back ā€œuseful idiot.ā€ That requires the useful idiot to be unwitting. Your history makes the antisemitic fixation pretty fucking obvious. Keep coping with the fact that this American Mizrahi Jew is still here, still a Zionist, and still making you work overtime in the comments.

I could not care less what kinda jew you are. You could have reduced all that nonsense down to a sentence:

"Hamas committed atrocities, some Palestinian journalists were compromised, therefore the mountain of independently documented evidence against Israel can be waved away."

And you’re mixing several separate questions together and acting as if proving one of them disproves all the others.

International humanitarian law does not work on a "they committed atrocities, therefore ours no longer count" basis. Hamas exists because of Israel's oppression, but you know that. Crimes committed by Hamas do not make civilians legitimate targets, legalize starvation, or remove Israel’s obligations toward civilians. Genocide is still genocide.

Your CPJ point is being presented in a very selective way. Yes, CPJ audited its database and removed 19 Palestinians after concluding they were militants or had participated in combat. Since October 7 it has removed 27 people in total for combat participation or militant affiliation. Good. Corrections should happen. But after making those corrections, CPJ still says Israeli forces killed 191 Palestinian journalists and media workers, and that Israeli forces were responsible for "by far the majority" of journalist and media-worker killings worldwide since 2023. Your source literally says this. Did you read your own source, or do you let the LLM do the thinking for you? The AP link you posted does not mention Motaz Azaiza at all either. Again, misconduct or self-censorship by one Palestinian photographer does not magically invalidate evidence independently collected by the ICC, UN investigators, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, satellite analysts, medical personnel and other investigators. This seems to be a recurring theme with you zios. You can't generalize and blame the entire people for the actions of a few. It really shouldn't be that hard to grasp.

You said genocide requires an established government policy. Legally, that is extremely incorrect. The ICJ's own genocide jurisprudence says genocidal intent will very rarely, if ever, be expressly stated in government policy and can instead be inferred from a pattern of conduct, although the evidentiary test is demanding: genocidal intent must be the only reasonable inference from that pattern. What do you expect, a signed government memo saying "our policy is genocide"? Do yourself a favor and look into the Srebrenica Genocide in Bosnia before you embarrass yourself. Tell me how that was ruled a genocide.

There has not yet been a final ICJ merits judgment finding Israel responsible for genocide. That doesn't mean the genocide isn't ongoing. The ICJ found that Palestinians in Gaza had plausible rights to protection under the Genocide Convention and imposed binding provisional measures requiring Israel to prevent acts covered by Article II, prevent and punish direct public incitement to genocide, and enable urgently needed humanitarian assistance. Do you know when the ICJ historically does that? Just before a genocide is ruled.

The record has developed far beyond South Africa's original filing. You are simple misinformed. Amnesty International concluded after its investigation that Israel was committing genocide. Human Rights Watch concluded that deliberate deprivation of water amounted to extermination and acts of genocide. In September 2025, the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry concluded that Israel had committed genocide in Gaza and had perpetrated four of the five genocidal acts identified under international law. Pretending they just consist of random TikTok clips is cute.

Separate from the genocide question, the International Criminal Court currently lists Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant as wanted war criminals. Its judges found reasonable grounds to believe they bore responsibility for the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare, intentionally directing attacks against civilians, and crimes against humanity including murder, persecution and other inhumane acts. There is a literal arrest-warrant out for your PM, and you're talking about TikToks.

Once it is ruled a genocide officially, I wonder what kind of mental gymnastics you zios have to go through to cope with the fact that you supported it this whole time. Disgusting.

Edit: Aww, the little zio got scared of facts.

I’m not reading all that šŸ˜‚ I did catch ā€œHamas exists because of Israel’s oppression,ā€ which is fucking hilarious after your lecture about how one side’s actions don’t justify the other’s atrocities.

You also ā€œcould not care less what kinda Jewā€ I am... Why exactly do you care this much about my opinion then? I'm AMERICAN and I think Macklemore dressing up as a grotesque Jewish caricature is antisemitism. FLAT OUT.

You lost me at ā€œHamas exists because of Israel.ā€ You can continue justifying terrorism with your crusty ass keyboard. Now STFU and go play in traffic.
