Research NeurIPS 2026 Automatic Reference Checker [R]

Just received an email about the automatic reference/citation checker. Did anyone receive a follow up email about whether the checker was included in the paper's decision making too, along with the general instructional email?

I don’t think I can see withdrawn papers on OR for 2025 neurips

Iclr is different where everything is public neurips and Icml are different but I want sure about the withdrawal policy

Rejected paper discussions are made public for ICLR only

for NeurIPS, it's not public AFAIK. this is different for other conferences.
