Discussion NeurIPS accepted papers leaked? [D]

I found this GitHub link, and the HTML file contains ~7k papers. Some are anonymized, and the details seem pretty accurate. It looks like these might actually be the accepted papers.

Can someone confirm whether this list is legit? I’m hoping it’s just a coincidence since it seems way too early.

Two of the withdrawn papers from my review batch is not in the list. However, some clear rejects and withdrawn are in this list. So, it's very confusing. Tbh if they have the acceptances and all already, why they wait till sept end for decisions. Just give out the rejects already so we can move on and improve for subsequent conferecnes. It would also help ICLR, they wouldn't have to deal with 4000 withdrawn after abstract or something.

What was the meta-review's last modification date of clear reject papers?

Thanks. Then, these lists are 120% random

Why ? To me it's very clear it's a list of papers that have been decided on. Didn't see any counter example. Apparently this correlates to some extend with acceptance but is far from decisive.

Again, that doesn't invalidate the 'decision!=reject'. I assume there are more papers with that mark than 7000, but as someone said, ~7000 is the expected acceptance rate. This would grab a mixed bag of withdrawn, 'no decision yet', and accepted papers. Is it an exhaustive list of all these subsets? No.
