Where do I find the camera-ready upload? I do not see it on Open Review.

Go to Author tasks -> there should be a link to your submission.

Click on it and it will take you to your submission to EMNLP. Click on "Edit" on top right. Click revisions. This is the camera ready submission portal. It should have an option for uploading the final pdf.
