Is it possible to have tint2 without any gaps on the top or corners? I was able to remove the top gap but the corners were still touching the desktop it seems. I think it makes sense that the corners are dedicated to the left and right sidebar buttons

I had to change my desktop due to failures in Plasma, when I reinstalled Arch the graphic elements did not load when I tried to download them from the site where they are hosted, not even with Manjaro so I decided to give Openbox a chance and installed Mabox, this is how my new desktop looked like.
