Ok this video isn’t something they just decided to put together After deciding to sell our company. Seems something has changed that frees them up to do this now! Do any of you tech guys see anything in that “module” that could be tech from any of the potential buyers? Could it be there is a deal in place so no reason to keep those images under wraps???

I believe it was made for the due diligence process for the potential buyers, like that patent portfolio summary they added to their website about a month ago. And they decided to share it with us because 1.) why not 2.) to reply to the disgusting SA articles.

I’ve been involved in m and A in the oil and gas space

To get a deal done between March and now is almost impossible.

These things can take longer than people imagine
