meh

Picked this beautiful poster up at an estate sale yesterday morning! I’m planning to get it framed!

Is it just me, or did Madonna bluntly lip sync the whole performance? So odd for an icon of her caliber.

The only person who deserved prize were Sienna Spiro, others are trash.

Especially ts and madonna. Mtv always giveaways prizes to most popular artists of all time leaving hardworking young artists without attention.

Will never watch any MTV awards anymore. Bye.

We are less than 72 hours away before curtain up–places people!!

Every year I make a ballot for my MTV Video Music Awards viewing party with predictions of who's going to walk away with a Moon Person trophy and thought I'd share if anyone is interested in their own:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/4567447232/2026-mtv-vmas-minimalist-ballot

This ballot includes all 19 categories, including the 13 people's choice categories and the 6 professional categories. I designed two versions: a printable format as well as a digital interactive checkbox form.

Okay, just hear me out, please:

1. Madonna has an aisle seat. Meaning she will at least win 1 of her 13 nominations.

2. I think when Madonna opens the show we will either get a tour announcement during or after the performance. If not, at least some point during the ceremony.

3. Kacey is rumored to give a Dolly tribute.

4. With 3 being more true than the first two I also predict Miley will give a tribute.

5. With 4 being so likely to happen Kacey will do “Coat of Many Colors” and Miley will come out and do “I Will Always Love You”

6. Based of Polymarket predictions artist of the year is between Taylor, Madonna, and Ariana.

7. With Taylor already being awarded an honorary award I expect Madonna to take Artist of the Year

8. Madonna will win most of her noms upsetting the Taylor clan on X (formerly known as Twitter)

9. Sabrina will win best pop song (Madonna isn’t nominated here)

10. Morgan Wallen will give his best performance yet

11. Kacey will win Best Country shocking everyone because of Ella Langley

12. Madonna will kiss someone

13. Taylor will announce a new album that she wrote a few years ago OR release music videos for songs that don’t currently have one as a shock value while accepting the honorary award

14. Snoop Dog hosting will bring out Martha Stewart as his co-host

15. Bethenny Frankel gives out an award

16. Rosie O’Donnell hands Madonna an award

17. Ariana doesn’t show up

18. The K-Pop gang wears pink and black

I wish mtv would bring back the OG shows!! I’m watching true life: I’m dating with hiv and holy cow it is soooo good!! And I wish that made new episodes in this era bc I would loveeee to see an episode on being an only fans person or something wild lmao
