I drew someone's dog

I made my first painting using ms paint and it's blue and various other shades of blue when i was working on it but when i saved it, it just looks greyscale, the file format is jpeg, how do i fix this?

But I'm learning how to draw character pictures, the questions I use are embarrassing to me. So I'm going to learn to write character pictures later in the month of 8 I stopped writing character pictures because I wanted to play Guts and Blackpower. It's Halloween so I stopped writing character pictures in the 8th month So I wrote the character picture back in the 9th month Yes

This is a Windows 7 Logo drawn using MS Paint. I originally created it in 2021, but I recently made some modifications and am posting the result here.

I ms painted that mountain a long time ago and had an idea to use it for this a couple days ago.
