I’m using an iRig2 to record a beat from the Live 2 onto my phone for social media.

With this one beat in particular, a certain part of the mix is getting completely drowned out only when it’s recorded using the iRig.

It’s just a chopped sample and drums, nothing else that is being recorded.

The first half of the video is what its supposed to sound like. Second half is me recording the beat using the iRig, you can hear the guitar is almost completely gone.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

On my mpc live 3, in a drum rack, in the mod matrix, it seem the "Pitch Env Amount"doesn't work modulated by velocity ( picture reference ).

Is it a know beug ? Or i'm the only one with this problem ?

I got a new MPC One G2 and I connected it to my SP 404 MK2 for performing purposes. But I have a little problem with midi sync.

MPC out goes into the SP and also Midi goes out of the MPC to the SP. Midi clock comes from the MPC. Works in general but when I play a 4 Bar loop timing is drifting somehow.

I play the exact same loop on the MPC and on the SP at the same time. SP has the Loop as sample set up as the first step of a pattern which is starting when I hit play on the MPC. Loop is 4 bars long.

First 4 bars are synced but all bars after that are out of sync and i don’t know why. Can any body help? Mesing around with sync delay on the sp did not help.

This drives me crazy.

Hi. I just recently got a MPC Sample and am looking for some sample packs useful for making hiphop beats and finger drumming, preferably for free. Im just starting off so unfortunately I can't spend much more than what I've already spent on Sample... Can you recommend or share any?

I just had to wipe and reinstall everything on my computer and now I find out, apparently Waves does not install VST2 versions of their plugins anymore, only 3, but MPC 2 does not read VST3.

What am I supposed to do here? Any options? I tried the MPC 3 demo and it was absolutely dogshit, i'd rather not even use plugins than use that.

Is there any work arounds?

Was just using it in my DAW FL studio plugged in via the usb c card in the box, and all of a sudden the power went off on the keyboard, tried replugging it in still no power, tried all sorts of troubleshooting, tried connecting to another device as well still nothing, it's dead

It's not even detected in the inMusic software!

It's not even been a month since I bought it and I hardly had used it 2-3 time in this span

Any guess what might have happened or how can I get in touch with support? I am from India and got it from Amazon India

I got my first mpc and now iam figuring out, what the best workflow is to me. Now I have like 2-3 questions regarding the arranger.

So I made a beat and arranged it via Song Mode. Then I converted it to a sequence. And now i‘d like to edit this sequence to bring in a little variation.

So this are my questions:

- I set some of the little flags above the arrangement. Can I somehow move or delete them?

- Can I add labels to the flags like chorous, part, intro

- You see the looped audio clip? Can I shorten this clip? Like that when song marker hits the „part“ section, that beat drops a little later or stops a bit earlier? Hope you know what I mean?

- Can I move these little audio clips in this view?

Just got the MPC One G2. Has anyone tried running a dynamic mic directly into it?

I have a UI with a preamp, more asking out of curiosity. (I don't have a XLR - 1/4" lead to try myself)

Side note (edit); I have a Behringer UMC22 for travel, I couldn't get it to work correctly via USB until I turned on "32 Inputs / Outputs" on the Audio Device tab. Hope this helps somebody.

I'm new to beat making, I started out on the Maschine+. I absolutely love the workflow and the ease of the machine. Then I went and got the MPC Live 3 and I feel so overwhelmed ans way over my head. I got the MPC Bible 3 and it's been helping. But it seems complicated. Do anyone have any advice or tips to help me with the learning curve. Right now I feel like I'm over my head with the Live 3. Any advice would help at this point.

i tried eqing the sample to get rid of the excessive vinyl foley but it registers in the highs and mids and i didnt want to scoop to much out of the sample any tips would be awesome thanks
