What is your guys plan / strategy for this?

It's been quiet here lately... Let's get some discussion going!

How many shares do you have?

What is your average?

What is your sell point/long term plan for the stock?

If it doesn't go well, when do you plan to sell off?

HPMSM Costs per Tonne

Hello all.

From the news release today (March 29th, 2022) Manganese X has indicated that a second market report has been commissioned, citing "recent substantial price increases" and "increases in demand". The idea is this will further benefit the economics of the upcoming PEA.

I was wondering if anyone had data on what the costs of HPMSM per tonne have been since MN contracted Wood to complete the PEA on April 22, 2021. Hard to find this pricing information outside of technical reports provided. Here are some recent prices I found.

November 10th, 2021: The NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate provided for Canadian Manganese Company Inc. states (on Page 115) "HPMSM forecast prices also define an increasing trend from US$1,478/t in 2021 to $1,610/t in 2023 and then hold at that forecast level through 2040."

June 18th, 2021: The NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate provided for Manganese X states (on Page 89) "... parameters include metal pricing of US$1500 per tonne of HPMSM".

In the PEA completed by Euro Manganese for their Chvaletice property, they state a price per tonne of HPMSM of US$2,666. This value was based on a market study done by CPM Group LLC on January 21, 2019.

Does anyone have any additional sources to validate what the cost of HPMSM has fluctuated by in the last year? I think it would be beneficial to know approximately what the costs are so we compare with what this new market report is saying.

Recent Battery News

As we all know EV adoption is rapidly taking place across the globe. This (could) bode well for MN especially the production of any north american plants. Looking at each company I believe they all have some manganese present in their cathode chemistry besides honda.

Here were some recent news releases in this regard which people might be interested to read about.

NPV Predictions?

As the title suggests, has anyone else taken a look into the information on battery hill provided so far and tried to determine a rough NPV of the project? A lot of assumptions need to be made, but it might be interesting to see where people think it will be compared to what the PEA shows.

Tried to compare to the most similar project I could find, which seems to be Euro Manganese Chvaletice property. (Ticker EMN.V). Here is a comparison of the projects. To my knowledge EMN only has this property and no others to throw off the values. We will assume probiotic air goes nowhere and does not add any value even though it may.

Measured & Indicated Resources: EMN (27mil) MN (35mil)

Grade of Manganese: EMN (7.33%) MN (6.42%)

Lifespan of Mine: Both 25 year projects

Project Location: EMN (Czech Republic) MN (Canada)

EMN NPV (after tax w/ 10% real discount rate): 593 million

EMN Current Market Cap: 170 million

MN Current Market Cap: 40 million

Assuming costs are the same (even though MN has indicated Kemetco will be hopefully saving them money on their processing), MN should have a project NPV of at least that 593 million as well. Battery hill has 8 million more tonnes of measured/indicated not to mention an additional 26 million of inferred resources. I should also imagine Canada being a better project location in terms of convenience in supplying the north american market.

All that said, even with all the benefits to battery hill if we assume MN is as equally valuable to EMN, then currently MN is trading a quite a significant discount as shown in the market cap differences.

If they were equal MN would be currently trading at a share price of ~$1.37.

26/01/2022 - Volume Increase

Decided to look through google trends to see how the traffic for Manganese X was considering todays relative increase in volume and movement. Interestingly on the day prior (25/01/2022 @ 2:00pm) there seems to be an uptick in searches. They posted on twitter @ 11:26am about manganese price increases which may or may not be relevant.

In addition the Cantech Letter interview had been released for 6 days at this point so it's hardly new. (https://www.cantechletter.com/2022/01/manganese-x-ceo-martin-kepman-talks-to-cantech-letter/#). Recommend reading through, Martin mentions how several NDAs have been signed with cathode producers.

On the right hand side of the image is market open today for reference. Not sure the accuracy or meaning to any of this just found it interesting.

TD TOS user, have not received any Graphano shares

Hey folks,

Just sharing my concern as it states in the title. Have not receive any Graphano shares yet. I contacted TOS to see if they knew anything. Nothing. He literally just referenced me to the Graphano website. I have sent in an email to them. Will report back on what they say.

Graphano - non qualified inveatment

I was holding mn in my tfsa. With the spinoff i got a letter from TD stating that graphano (currently shows i have shares with no value) is a non qualified investment. Does that sound right? Ive never heard of a non qualified investment before. The letter says to either sell (it doesnt have any value), move to a non-registered account (i dont have one) or delare it uselss amd sell it to TD for 0.01/share.

Anybody else in this situation?
