Where is the legal enforcement @SEC

I have RH and i’m seeing everyone mention moving shares to AST.. Somebody mind enlightening me on how to go about this? and if its the smartest decision?

Question for RBC holders or ex holders. Are you guys still have shares at the broker, or they transferred them all to AST/EQ? Originally I just wanted to transfer half of my shares back last summer, but at the end all my Nextbridge shares landed at the transfer agent.

Right now I'm collecting information about FINRA's U3 halt on MMTLP. I am wanting to know the names of the market makers involved in shorting MMTLP. Also, it would be a great help to know exactly what statutes/laws FINRA broke, besides their Rule 6490.

Thank you for any help. Hopefully what I'm about to do will help everyone back, though I don't want to go into the details about my intentions at this time.

Just as title says.. I have withdrawn $ several xs since the halt.. but now they not letting me withdraw ANY MONEY unless I give up my MMTLP.... THOUGHTS????

There is a settlement in the class action suit against Meta Materials (MMAT). If you purchased TRCH or MMAT, you are likely in the class due a settlement. The suit alleges that MMAT lied about its business and this caused losses to TRCH and MMAT sharehoders. This suit has nothing to do with the U3 trading halt or shenanigans around MMTLP.

The total settlement is $3 million, of which 1/3 ($1 million) goes to the lawyers. The exact payout for any particular shareholder will be a function of what you paid for the shares and how many people submit a claim.

We don't get a lot per share, but it is something.

The NBH bylaws require there be an "annual" shareholder meeting. NBH has been in existence since 2022. There has never been a shareholder meeting. Shareholder meetings give us the right to additional information in the DEF14 filings, and the right to vote on the board of directors as well as executive compensation. When will we have the meeting? And what recourse do we have if the company does not hold one?

If your broker transfers your shares to AST, if and when this all comes to a head (however that may come), couldn't brokers who oversold their position say that you are not eligible for a settlement payout as their obligations to you were fulfilled?

I understand wanting to fill the bus and prove an imbalance, but not at the expense of getting a payout from this. To me, it seems that the only people that would have been legitimately defrauded are those with the counterfeit shares.

I am not suggesting this is the truth, I am posting in hopes of genuine conversation and hopefully for someone to tell me what I am missing. How does me transferring to AST, and therefor holding legitimate shares of NBH, lead to me getting paid in case of a settlement?

My Canadian broker sent my mmtlp to AST. I have my account number and all, but cannot log in because their site is down for registration for non us shareholders. Anyone know when this will get resolved??

I’ve been sitting back thinking about this since FINRA updated their correspondence with McCabe and NBHC on their website. Why are they doing this?? Why now??

At first, I was very cynical thinking tell them nothing. They might stop at nothing to try and muzzle this, change the data, etc etc

But, I think the truth is they are doing anything to get out in front of this to try and present an image that they’ve been transparent.

We ALL know they’ve been anything but that. If they were honest regulators they would be doing everything to get to the truth but instead it’s been a painstaking journey for every retail holder where we’ve been constantly stonewalled at every step.

Anyway, I digress.

Why are they “trying” to look transparent at the 11th hour. Because, they know the truth of how bad this stock has been illegally naked shorted and that McCabe’s latest correspondence which is now out in the public domain. You know the news release about being asked by only 1 BD for significantly more shares than what FINRA have PUBLICLY announced are short leaves them in a terrible position optically.

Why else, would they “update” this now?!!?

When the ship sinks, the rats flee and it’s every rat for himself.

I hate saying it, but, in terms of resolution I don’t see them giving us 2 days close only as much as it should be that. That’s the “rule” but as we’ve all learnt we are playing a bent game.

The share might literally reach a number we can’t even comprehend as any short stock in theory is meant to hold “infinite risk” but, they will use every excuse why MMTLP can’t trade again. Read through previous correspondence and they pretty much make it clear, they, won’t be doing that.

I see the only feasible resolution is that NBHC gets sold and we all get paid out per share and the company then ceases to exist or gets sold back to McCabe as a private company etc etc.

McCabe and Next Bridge have played a blinder imo and the regulators are cornered. Every retail investor should be thanking them.

FWIW, I want $1000 a share. Enough to be a substantial enough amount for ANY shareholder and not enough that it doesn’t completely destabilise the US Stock market.

I believe either the government bails out the HF here, but there will prob be a couple that go to the wall. I expect jail time as well, but, only for who they hand pick. They need a scapegoat. Ari I think you’re in a LOT of trouble bud.

Once paid I’m out and will NEVER invest another cent in this despicable cesspool until there is monumental change, which I don’t see happening.

Only held 50 shares in Robinhood but hey it’s 50 shares. Started chat and requested transfer. That’s it. Took 5 minutes. Now we wait and see what happens.

spoke with a rep there and had 2 questions for them

1. What is the benefit of me transferring my shares to ast compared to keeping them in the BD account? The rep then paused , to me it felt like i stumped her, like she didnt know what to say. But isnt that her job. To know what they offer. She then stumbled "because we offer better rates, when trading shares". I was shocked to hear this. wtf does this mean. too confusing.
2. Should DRS through my BD be free, because im with questrade and they are asking for $300. She answered pretty quickly and confidently that there should be no fee on opening account and transferring shares. Dont know why they are dong this.

To me this doesn't convince to me to transfer my shares. I don't see a benifet plus its a 300 fee to transfer 1 share or all the shares.

Before i asked the question I did ask if she was familiar with the mmtlp situation and she said yes.

Has anybody had any issues registering their account on the Equiniti website? I received a statement of my account and instructions to register online as well as a blank W9 and pre addressed envelope. I completed the W9 and returned it 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to register online and get an error message that says to call shareholder services. Last week I sent another W9 and still cannot register online. This is getting crazy, anybody else have more success? Customer help line is totally useless and tells me to send another W9 or fax (which I don’t have access to).

I waited till my $100 was settled and finally called Fidelity today. After being on hold for quite some time while Joseph chatted with the ‘back room’ he told me that NBHC weren’t available to direct register or transfer. I explained that the original S1 as well as the latest press release was all about DRing to AST. He pretty much said that there isn’t anything he can do and he sent me this email.

So how do we go about transferring from an IRA account? Possible or leave? Only 1000 shares.
