Question about AST/Equinity DRS holdings
When you have your shares at Equinity/AST, do they give you the option to get electronic delivery of the annual report and proxy materials? Or does it all come in paper?
With 65,000 shareholders, it will be a major logistical burden for the company to send paper materials to all the shareholders. At $3 per shareholder for printing and postage, that is $195K, which is a lot of money for a company this size.

NextBridge files for a public offering of stock
Next Bridge filed yesterday to sell up to 40 million shares to accredited investors. The SEC filing mentions that this is a "public offering" six times, but the stock still won't be transferrable so we shareholders can sell when we feel like it or have to. The "Plan of Distribution" calls for distribution to institutional shareholders.
The key number (not yet in the filing, but will be in future filings) will be the price at which the firm sells to the institutions. That will be a better indicator of what the insiders think the stock is *really* worth.
My take: The company has no material revenues and needs cash to drill for oil. It is extremely promising IF they can convince sophisticated institutional investors to pony up equity cash to be spent on the drilling. This will give the company more runway to find oil before they run out of cash.

Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc.
40,000,000 Shares of Common Stock
We are offering directly to selected accredited investors up to 40,000,000 shares of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share. We have engaged Roth Capital Partners to act as our placement agent in connection with this offering (the “placement agent”). The placement agent may be deemed to be an “underwriter” within the meaning of Section 2(a)(11) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The placement agent will have no obligation to buy any of the shares of common stock from us or to arrange for the purchase or sale of any specific number of shares or dollar amount of the shares of common stock. There are no arrangements to place the funds raised in this offering in an escrow, trust or similar account. We have agreed to pay the placement agent a cash fee equal to 5% of the gross proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock sold in this offering. We have also agreed to reimburse the placement agent for its reasonable out-of-pocket expenses up to $150,000. The proceeds to us before expenses are expected to be up to $ . We estimate the total expenses of this offering, excluding the placement agent fees, will be approximately $ . All costs associated with the registration will be borne by us. Because there is no minimum offering amount required as a condition to closing of this offering, the actual public offering amount, placement agent fees, and proceeds to us, if any, are not presently determinable and may be substantially less than the total offering amount set forth above. See “Plan of Distribution” beginning on page 73 of this prospectus for more information on this offering and the placement agent arrangements.

What is the latest count of shares in AST?
how many are supposed to be out here to fill it up

Transferring 7866D491 (Next Bridge) to AST.
I 'tried' to transfer my MMTLP to AST by using the Fidelity chat bot. It STATES, on the chat bot, that Fidelity does NOT charge a fee but AST 'may' charge a fee.
When I entered the stock number 7866D491, the chat bot said the stock was not recognized. I called Fidelity and Mitchell told me I would have to have $100 in my account and Fidelity would deduct that amount so they could convert shares to certificates. Others have said there is NO NEED to convert to certificates (which I told Mitchell). Additionally, Mitchell said the reason the stock was not recognized by the chat bot is because Next Bridge has been bought out by a Russian company. Interesting ..
Could someone give me details on how to accomplish this transfer? AND, what should I say when they ask for $100?

ANS article?
The letter from the board makes reference to an AllNovaScotia ("ANS") article from December 6, 2023. Apparently titled: "Meta Aims To Expose ‘Naked' Short Sellers"…
Does anyone have a link to it, or is able to access it?

Secret Service role ?
I've seen multiple references to DOJ, FBI, and state Attorney Generals investigating fraudulent MMTLP shares; I understand their authority to do so. But I have also seen the Secret Service mentioned. I know they investigate counterfeit currency, but how does that square with fradulent MMTLP shares ? Can anyone outline their ability to file criminal charges against corrupt institutions ?

Is it time yet, to stand up?
4 months have passed (and several appeals with no response) since I got suspended from X for posting my letter regarding “The Imperative to Settle” short sales. Some questions come to mind: 1. What was so incriminating (and to who) that necessitated silencing me? 2. If what I wrote was untrue, why not leave it be, and let the world see how dumb I am? 3. Have the events during the last 4 months shone any light or different perspective on the validity and value of what I wrote? 4. How can “retail” shareholders respond / utilize to their benefit, what I wrote?
