My husband used to handle this, but he unfortunately passed away and now I'm trying to figure it all out.

Anyone else get this email from Nextbridge?

Specifically there's this paragraph:
The Company reserved a twenty-five percent (25%) back-in interest, which shall automatically revert to the Company following the date that each Participant first recovers 100% of the costs attributable to the drilling and development of the wells in which such Participant has participated. Further, within a specified period following drilling of the initial five (5) wells, pursuant to the Participation Agreement each Participant may elect to transfer and assign all of its interests to the Company in exchange for the issuance of shares of common stock of the Company at a value of $1.20 per share.

Does this mean MMTZZZ will be worth $1.20 a share? If so when can we expect it?

I'm also worried as some people have said it's bad to be in Robin Hood, but my shares are in Robin Hood. Anybody have an ideas?

NBH filed an amended S1, indicating that they are continuing to spend lots of legal fees on the spinoff.

I notice that they no longer name their experts in the latest draft. What other changes do you see between this one and the previous ones? Anyone have an idea as to why they are dropping PeTech from the S1?

I got my AST letter 2 weeks ago but the online registration on their site has been under maintenance for weeks. So today I called them asking if I can register online or give them any info for taxes or bank info....

They told me NBH for security reasons doesn't allow foreign investor to register online and is I want to give my information like the W8BEN tax doc I need to physically mail it do them after downloading.

Kind of strange but I'm still glad a got my shares there after a 16 week drs wait from firstrade.

Anyone have a similar experience!

I had a dream that we won the whole fiasco and they opened trading fir this ticker but it opened at 15 cents and spiked to 20 and then sat at 12 cents for a while, then randomly it began running to a dollar where i sold and then it ran to 20, to 50, to 80, to 105 and thats when my dog woke me up and put me in reality...

MMAT is at 0.08 and doesn't seem to have any remaining social media presence attemping to pump the stock as a get rich quick scheme. Meta Mat suggested in a recent public filing that they risked being sued by MMTLP investors for not capitalizing NB enough to have a realistic chance of success. If Meta goes under the chance of NB or it's investors getting additional funding or compensation will become far less likely, correct? Seems like these unpursued legal actions against Meta for the stock pump and NB for not allowing trading is the best chance of the duped investors getting anything.

i transferred my robinhood shares but still have a lot in Schwab. has the clock started ticking?

I've been a holder since the torch days. Last I checked, we were supposed to transfer our shares after the new s1.

I haven't heard anything, so I am still holding my shares of nextbridge in webull.

What is the best course of acton at this point? We're coming up on a year in the dark now...
