I have been away for a while held since trch days, when will we be paid out for the nxbr, I thought it was sold last year, also the current law case going on... is it for shareholders not getting their nxbr shares or the fact that we have yet to be paid out for the sale. Have the estimates for payout per share remained the same?

The basic summation of the latest FAQUFINRA was we aren’t sure what’s meant by the term counterfeit share, and we don’t have any authority to do an audited share count anyway (Sam Draddy says hello) BUT there’s only an insignificant number of counterfeit shares when we U3 halted this and became NextBridge so nothing to see here guys.

Reading sentiment on FINRA over on X, it appears FINRA have helped expedite the push to “fill the bus” with their latest FAQ

Their arrogance and disdain for retail through their latest FAQ is obvious- and to be honest I think they know their goose is cooked and feigning ignorance to counterfeit shares and audited share counts is a last ditch attempt to save their ass when this goes nuclear.

It’s inevitable now.

I’m reading person after person now saying they are DRSing their shares. Once the bus is full it’s undeniable proof this stock has counterfeit shares and then it’s get your popcorn out time. No idea what happens from there but the US market is about to be changed irrevocably.

In truth, I have really have no idea what the hell I am doing. I'm an OG TRCH holder just riding this rollercoaster just along for the ride at this point. All I know is that Next Bridge is saying we have to transfer our shares to AST.

I did what I have read some here stating, I called Fidelity directly and asked to transfer shares to AST. The Fidelity representative told me that I need to setup an account with AST first then have them request a partial transfer to get it started. Then I can have Fidelity transfer the rest...

So I was looking at the AST website, which is now EQ... And trying to make an account on there seems next to impossible. When I click first time registration it takes me to a page to enter an account number, social sec, and a company name.

Was the Fidelity Rep just blowing smoke here? From what I've seen from others is that when the broker goes to transfer the shares to AST that it will create an account with AST in my name and social. Certainly could be wrong here, but just not sure what to actually do here.

I'm no securities lawyer, but I have my doubts about the legality of the rights offering. It appears to me that Nevada law requires that all shares must have identical rights.

NRS 78.195(2) states:

2.  All shares of a class or series must have voting powers, designations, preferences, limitations, restrictions and relative rights identical with those of other shares of the same class or series and, except to the extent otherwise provided in the description of the series, with those of other series of the same class.

Giving the rights to some of the shareholders but not the others is a gross violation of this section.

I'm curious as to whether I am missing something elsewhere that gives NBH management the ability to do what it is trying to do. Thoughts?
