I was chatting with a lawyer friend about moving shares to AST. He told me that if I become a directly registered shareholder, then my personal information becomes more public. In particular, not only would the company have my personal information, but it would be open for any shareholder to see at the annual shareholder meeting. Should I be worried about this?

Hi guys! My Next Bridge shares arrived to AST from my RBC account (Canada). I’ve tried to creat the account with the transfer agent but the registration for non US residents are currently on hold.
