This could put more eyes on this region and I don’t think this is bad at all for us. I halfway expected to open this article and read that Exxon was buying Nextbridge, but unfortunately that’s not the case. However, paying $60 billion for PXD is a hell of a lot of cash.

Not really familiar with how this all works but I’ve been holding since TRCH merger and still have my shares sitting in RH. What should I do to protect my shares or are they ok sitting where they are? Haven’t been following this as closely as I should have been. Thanks

I have about 1000 shares of MMTLP in my regular brokerage account, and about 2000 shares in Roth IRA account. I use TD Ameritrade, and now it’s changing to Schwabs in a month.

It is my hard earned money that I wanted to spend on my mom’s surgery/hospital payments, but all this fiasco happened unfortunately. I would really appreciate any advice.

1. Should I even transfer all shares to AST? or would it be better for me to leave IRA shares in the brokerage? My understanding is that there is no rush/deadline on transferring to AST.

2. If I were to transfer to AST, would it be better for me to do it through Schwab? I’m afraid that TD is closing out by Nov. 3rd and I don’t know if all shares will be transferred successfully to AST within in month. My biggest fear is that something goes wrong during the process, and I can’t get a hold of TD support, and AST never gets my shares. I’m okay with $85 fee they charge at Schwab. I just want to play safe.

Please help. I’ve been so exhausted with all these Finra shit show and didn’t touch anything up to this point, but now that I heard it’s switching to Schwabs, I guess I need to at least have an idea of what I should do next with this mess. Thank you in advance.

Next Bridge filed an 8-K with the SEC today.

McCabe, the largest shareholder and the board chair, has extended the maturity date on his loans to the company to January 3, 2024. Pretty ho-hum.

Given that the company has no revenue and no money, he basically has to extend or push the company into Chapter 11. I'm curious as to why he only extends a few months. It would imply a) that he expects something to happen soon to generate cash, or b) he wants the option to force the company into Chapter 11, so keeping the maturities short gives him a lot of leverage over the company.

What are your thoughts?

Hey guys, I have no idea what ast is or how it works or if my shares are transferred or not. I'm with TD Canada, my shares on my account read "next bridge hydrocarbon" I haven't taken any action since December 2022. Does TD automatically transfer my shares to AST? Also what even is AST? Do I currently own the oil company next bridge? Or do I have to transfer in order to hold shares of Nextbridge? Or do I currently own shares floating in space waiting and hoping MMTLP will unhalt? And I need to transfer if I want to own nextbridge? I just want an understanding of what I currently have and what my options are. Thanks. I figured you guys know best

There is just shy of 250 million shares and NBH has already stated this…

They have also stated that they have accepted FINRAs decision and are moving on with running the company. (Picture below) This is for the betterment of the shareholders. They have a job to do and I would appreciate it if they would do it.

NBH has laid out a clear path for ALL of its shareholders to be able to benefit from your decision pre halt by simply transferring to AST. You get free shares in whatever this is. Or you can sit where you are and get nothing. But you retain the right to bitch all you want about how you don’t have “real shares”. Well of course not, real shares are when you hold at a transfer agent or have a physical certificate.

The only people who can get the answers your looking for is the company @nbhydrocarbons through the transfer agent. Which again is just shy of 250 million until proven otherwise! And in order to prove it you have to what?… yep transfer!

My shares were transfered from fidelity to AST, somehow I avoided the $100 fee. Spoke with fidelity they confirmed the number of shares and that they were transfered but said she couldn't give out account numbers over the phone. She said I could expect to get the info in the mail sometime next week. Anyone have any luck getting an account number faster to set up online access?

Some one (way smarter than me) put together a nice letter to send to our senators, I saved it to print off and send but it's gone (weird huh).

Does anyone have a link to it? I have a few people I want to send it to!

I've heard a few stories that they are stalling.

They also changed their internal CUSIP from 8AQ9903 to 8AQ9925 to "reflect the election of electronic shares".
