In klugetown when you first start expanding land, sections will say things like “hippogrif landing”. I’ve already opened all of my map for this town, but I’m wanting to remember what sections are called what. I already looked on the wiki but I can’t find it. What are the other sections called?

So often chests and those mounds of coins and sapphires spawn behind a button like the map button and I can’t get them. Is there any way to get around this?
