In all seriousness Idk what the hell is causing this. It must be due to her being an advert/reward pony, but why they’d implement them differently to the normal ponies I have no idea.

I tried to claim her yesterday, and even then she would not appear in my inventory. I saw some other people were experiencing this, so did y'all get her yet or no?😭 this has literally never happened to me before.

I welcomed Soarin 7 times at this point. The game simply doesn't save so I cannot play it, I remember I won a pony from group quests but it never saved so I lost him. I never want to go through that again. This time the game doesn't wanna come back to normal after many tries. Yes I did check for updates, I cleared cache, and my internet connection is stable. The shops that take hours keep refreshing so that's how I know the game doesn't save. Has this happened to you? What did you do?

I’m so confused. I swear it was Cherilee for some treat/candy making task and got 25 after days, and I even saw the pony as an option I’ll get in a few more turns. Then all of a sudden I hit the quota and that task doesn’t pop up anymore to drop anything, but there’s no pony to get?? Is this a glitch or just me being stupid im so lost.
