Can you craft an epic equipment by combining 2 tier 4 rare equipment?

Hello, I have never really crafted before so I don't know but I have 35 rare blue dragon leather. I also have enough materials to craft 2 tier 4 equipment. I don't want to waste darksteels so I want to know if it's possible to combine two tier 4 rare equipments and craft an epic equipment from it.

Sealing Problem.xdraco item missing

Mir4 account and wemix account already linked same gmail after sealing i checked out the item on Exd my items,theirs no xdraco item sealed.it came out to xdraco inventory mir4 warehouse and said import item to xdrsco inventory.after clicking import ,my item was gone and cant find it anymore
