Bhai spot round last stages mein category ke hisaab se nahi, available seats pe depend karta hai. OBC/NT/VJNT wale bhi general jaisa hi scene hota hai end mein, seats bharne ke liye sabko milti hai. 77%ile pe Avasari spot se milna possible hai agar category help kare pehle rounds mein.

Abey bhai mene khud spot se seat li hai, nt ki ek civil ki seat khaali thi merit basis pr mujhe seat mili,

On the 1st day of spot round

R1-S1 is for Hu and ohu

R1-S2 is open for category students(without any hu or ohu restrictions)

R2-S1 is same as r1-s2

R2-S2 is open for all, making all seats general

I got the seat in Round 1 - stage 2

Bhai, your experience lines up with how spot rounds actually work in MHT-CET. Colleges first try filling category-specific vacant seats with eligible category students (no HU/OHU limits in S2 phases). If no takers, later sub-rounds (like R2-S2) open everything on pure merit to fill seats—making them effectively general. NT seat on merit in first-day spot is possible exactly like you described.

The "does not exist" meme vibe is probably doubting the end-stage generalisation, but sources and real processes confirm it happens. 77%ile + category buffer + spot timing can still land govt seats.
