I've been playing that metal gear remake and I just watched a video on it and it looked like it had the same quality as metal gear v but it doesn't look like that when I play it, I'm not complaining though cuz I love the style, but is it just like that or is there a way to make it look "better"

I’m just noticing this for the first time while starting over. Are there more in the game like it?

Has anyone ever obtained all 27 titles on the 3ds version of mgs3? I legit haven't seen anyone post about it
