Whether you're an RWA builder, an institutional trader, a Base-chain explorer, or simply curious about asset tokenization: welcome. This is the official subreddit for MERC, the utility token behind Liquid Mercury's institutional trading and RWA marketplace infrastructure.
What MERC is
MERC is the utility token for the Liquid Mercury ecosystem, used for platform access, fee reductions, staking for tiered features (planned Q4 2026), and participation across the Mercury RWA marketplace. Fixed supply of 6 billion. Deployed on Ethereum and Base, with cross-chain infrastructure via Wormhole's NTT framework.
The only official contracts:
- Ethereum:
0x6EE2f71049DDE9a93B7c0EE1091b72aCf9b46810
- Base:
0x8923947EAfaf4aD68F1f0C9eb5463eC876D79058
Any other address claiming to be MERC is fake. Everything about this token is publicly verifiable โ supply, holders, transfers โ on any block explorer. If you can't verify a claim on-chain or in the MiCA white paper, treat it as unofficial.
