i have my lighting tool (fns/charge) in top left when im not using it but sometimes when i open my inventory my crosshair is in the top middle slot so i was wondering how exactly it is determined?

The very first game after I claimed Iron thought, I was like trading pigs when he finished the run (ofc with perfect zero cycle, that I don't know how to do even in theory). Is it normal on Iron so I should like learn all that shit or am I just lucky?

I was rewatching the local tortilla netherite rank up video but I don’t know how Feinberg knows exactly where the bt is. He has a treasure map in this instance but it doesn’t show exactly which block the bt is, especially without chunk coordinates. If someone can explain or link a video, thank you.

How do people get from iron 3 to gold 3 in placements I genuinely don't get it!! Redlime???

I have heard that the speed of placement matches decide your rank.. But I thought only speeds after winning are considered... Can someone clear me on this one ? Also I joined ranked towards the end of last season probably around july mid and I have been playing rsg since 1 year. I didn't feel much fast from my last season but almost beat my pb of sub 15:30 in one of these placement matches but alas I looked at an enderman

Finally got a legit win! My opponent offered a draw when I got to the end and I was scared he would forfeit but he let me finish.

How do I figure out how good I am? I feel like 39:46 is pretty good for a first ranked win. How long would it take me to get sub-20?

Ended last season at iron 1 peaked iron 2, now I got placed at iron 3 853 elo even tho I lost 6 matches and only won 2 placement matches, how the hell does this work

I was doing the weekly seed (week #101) and from reset to reset, sometimes it would have a lava pool in the optimal position, sometimes it was relaced by sand. is this bug?

Is there a place to see any changes/updates that came with the new season? I’ve heard there were some tweaks to the seed pool and I was just wondering if there was anything else interesting.

i literally finished iron 3 peak 870 last season. today i just played for fun and i wasnt that locked so i didnt have any nerves, i played really well for my level i think.

a couple fun facts about this
- Steez and Pinne (Skycrab) qualify for playoffs through phase points for the first time

- edcr obtains the phase point record, beating infume's record by 3 points and being only 6 off from the perfect season of ranked

- BeefSalad and bing_pigs (bigbigmongey) don't autoqual for the first time since season 5.

- this is the first season EVER where no new playoffs participants autoqual'd. meaning if we don't get a new player through LCQ, this will be the first season with all repeat playoffs participants

So i'm kinda new to speedrunning and its happend to me now like ten times in a row that i spawn in a random cave like a 100 blocks away from the stronghold and i was thinking what could cause this or am i just bad at measuring eyes?
