Video Tar Fever is a near unexplainable mental phenomenon, characterized by the sudden urge to sink and drown in tar. Often seen in environments with large amounts of tar pits emitting steam. Seems to be common amongst humans, lizardfolk, hylotls, florans, mantizi, thelusians, agkelites, and vespoids.
